The Terra Team successfully completed the two Batches of the EU Project Urban Shift.
During this project, 80 motivated learners (40 per Batch) with different cultural and disciplinary backgrounds teamed up into startups to create innovative business ideas that can contribute to the ecological transition.
The learners had several opportunities to get to know each other online and then met for the first time in Vienna in the Kick-off event and finally in Barcelona for the Closing event where they pitched their business idea in front of a jury of experts. In both Batches, the Terra Team was responsible for coaching one startup, accompanying it through this personal, collective and professional growing experience.
Finally, in the last four months the Terra Team together with the rest of the Consortium have participated in four Open Online Training (OOT) sessions in which they presented their experience to an audience of educational institutions and businesses.
The aim of these events was that of disseminating to the public the training program, the methods used, and presenting the (new) skills the market is requiring, and which are and will change the economy and the society in the next few years.
The Urban Shift project is now going towards its final phase, it was for us a great experience made with a great Consortium!
