If you contact us via a form on our website or by e-mail, the data you enter will be saved in our computer systems for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case further clarification is required. This data will not be shared without your consent.

Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of the registration process for seminars and events and for subsequent contract processing, your data will be saved as stated on the registration form. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. There is no transfer of data to third parties with the exception of the transfer to our accounting firm for the purpose of fulfilling our tax obligations.

If the registration process is interrupted, the stored data will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the retention period specified for tax purposes.

Newsletter
Through our website, you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. In order to do so, we need your first and last name, as well as your e-mail address and a statement from you confirming that you wish to receive our newsletter.

As soon as you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.

We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing to our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide will be shared with MailChimp for processing in accordance with their privacy policies and terms.
MailChimp is linked to our webinar offering via interfaces so that the data you provide can also be used at any time for webinar application and marketing purposes. To register for the webinar, your personal data will be requested again using the registration form, which is required for participation in the webinar, and used for statistical purposes and to get in touch with you.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation request to the following email address: office@terra-institute.eu. We will immediately delete your data along with the sending of the newsletter.

Google reCAPTCHA Privacy Policy
The site uses the service “Google reCAPTCHA”, a service designed to prevent or discourage the sending of comments or spam messages by users or spambots.
