This process is particularly recommended for smaller businesses or those that are still at the very beginning of their journey and want to get an idea of their status quo and level of ambition. This process is based on three appointments, with the option of additional appointments, and is accompanied by two essential tools: the sustainability checklist and the Terra Footprint calculator.
Step 1: Analysis of the current situation, reflection and definition of goals
The status quo of your business in terms of sustainability is determined. Aspects such as ecology, social responsibility and sustainable management are examined and reflected upon. A sustainability check is carried out in the company, with an analysis of the current situation based on our checklist, followed by an evaluation. This reveals how the company is performing, in which areas its performance is already good and where there is still room for improvement.
Step 2: Implementation strategy
Development of goals and concrete measures. The sustainability strategy is then developed together with entrepreneurs and the ‘GreenTeam’. You will also receive tools and processes with which you can implement the sustainability and certification strategy. This involves reflecting on the current situation with those responsible in the company and developing the overarching goal for the company in terms of sustainable development. Concrete measures and implementation strategies are developed together.
