Below, we inform you about the processing of personal data when using our website, in accordance with Art. 13 of the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Decree (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
3.1 Hosting and Technical Operation
Purpose: Provision and security of the website.
Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
Storage Period: Server log files are deleted after 30 days.

Purpose: Conducting seminars and events, contract execution.
Data: Name, email, and, if applicable, company name and billing data.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Storage Period: For the duration of the contractual relationship + 10 years (statutory retention obligation).
Purpose: Sending information about sustainability, events, and offers.
Data: First name, last name, email address.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Storage Period: Until the consent is revoked (unsubscription).
Registration Process: Double-Opt-In (confirmation email after registration).

Transfer to Third Countries: USA – Legal Basis: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission Adequacy Decision of 10.07.2023). Mailchimp is certified under the DPF.

3.5 Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
Purpose: Statistical evaluation of website usage to optimize the offer.
Data: Pseudonymized IP address, page views, session duration, device type, browser, country of origin.

Storage Period: 14 months (Google Analytics standard).

IP Anonymization: Enabled. Your IP address is truncated before transmission.
Purpose: Protection of our web forms from automated abuse (spam/bots).
Data: IP address, mouse movements, keyboard inputs, browser/device information.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection).
Provider: Google Ireland Limited.

3.7 Appointment Booking (Calendly)
Purpose: Enabling online appointment booking for initial consultations.
Data: Name, email address, selected appointment, and, if applicable, a message.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

Storage Period: Appointment data is deleted after the appointment is completed, provided no contractual relationship is established (maximum 6 months).
